Arca Konakları

Arca Konakları is a development of 42 private residences in İncek, Ankara, built by Aslan Yapı and Caba Grup. The lighting scope covers the residential interiors — living spaces, circulation and private exteriors — across the whole estate.

A low-rise residential estate of this kind lives or dies by consistency: the same warm white meeting you at the entrance, in the stairwell and in the living room, fixtures that disappear into the ceiling plane, and enough glare control that the light is felt rather than seen. That is exactly the brief the QAVUN collection is specified around — one 3000K warm white across downlight, recessed, wall and pendant families.
