Avend Fera
İncek, Ankara
Avend Fera is a development of 39 detached villas in İncek, Ankara, built by Rast Grup on a 33,131 m² site with 14,000 m² of landscape. The lighting scope covers the villa interiors, the entrance features and the exterior soffits — from the front door to the private garden.
A detached villa is one family's whole house, so the lighting has more room to speak than in an apartment: a sculptural pendant over the kitchen, opal globes staging an entrance garden, feature light on the stair — alongside the quiet everyday layer that a home actually runs on. A single 3000K warm white ties the statement pieces to the working light, so nothing clashes as you move from room to room.
At the entrance, opal glass globes light a white-pebble garden beneath the floating stair, turning a leftover corner into a still life. In the kitchen, an oval ring pendant crowns the island above a run of concealed cove light, with a slim wall light at the worktop. The study niche layers a recessed downlight, an adjustable spot and magnetic track for focused task light, and outside, recessed downlights in the timber soffits wash the façade after dark. Decorative and architectural, indoors and out — one warm light across all of it.
