Avend Voven
Beytepe, Çankaya — Ankara
Avend Voven is a development of 183 residences across two towers and lower blocks in Beytepe, Çankaya — Ankara, built by Rast Grup on a 75,000 m² site with 16,000 m² of landscape. The lighting scope runs from the sales experience through the show residences to the shared circulation of the buildings.
A two-tower project is sold long before it is finished, so the light has to do two jobs: sell the address in the marketing suite and show flats, then quietly serve the finished homes. Working from one collection with a single 3000K warm white keeps that promise consistent — what a buyer sees in the show kitchen is the light they live with later.
In the show residences, surface-mounted ceiling spots and warm under-cabinet light shape the kitchens around book-matched marble, while discreet black surface downlights and lit joinery give the living spaces a calm, low-glare glow. In the sales lounge, magnetic track carries adjustable spots over the model and the seating, layered with square recessed downlights. Along the shared corridors, a rhythm of surface-mounted spots walks residents from the core to their door — the same warm light, from the first visit to daily life.
