Next Level Kemer

Next Level Kemer is a residential development in Göktürk, İstanbul, developed by Pasifik GYO and Halk GYO. Set against the forest at the edge of the city, it is composed of terraced, garden- and balcony-fronted linear blocks. The lighting scope covers the residential interiors and the shared landscape and circulation between the blocks.

A scheme that opens onto gardens and forest lives on the threshold between inside and out, so the light has to carry across it without a seam: the same warm 3000K white on the balcony, along the garden path and in the living room, with glare kept low so the view stays the subject after dark. That is what the QAVUN collection is specified around — one warm white across downlight, recessed, wall and outdoor families, so the architecture reads as a single whole from the interior to the landscape.
