White Cloche Table Lamp

A pleated dome of frosted glass, Ø 180 mm, floating on a stem so thin the shade seems to hover over the table. The glass does the work: the source sits inside the dome and every pleat catches it, so the whole shade glows evenly and the light that lands on the cloth is soft and shadowless. Cordless on two 2600 mAh lithium cells — 12 to 13 hours from a 4–5 hour charge over DC 5 V — and IP65, so it stays out on the terrace through a shower. 2.5 W, 211 lm at a warm 3000 K, CRI above 80. Die-cast aluminium base and stem, powder coated. Matte Sandy White.
